B.U.I.L.D. — A Complete AI Practitioner Program and A.D.A.P.T. — The AI-Ready Leader Program. R.I.S.E. and S.H.I.F.T. are individual programs and are not offered as corporate cohorts.
Which one is right for my team?
B.U.I.L.D. suits engineers, analysts and technical staff who need hands-on AI capability. A.D.A.P.T. suits AVPs, VPs, senior managers and delivery heads who must lead AI adoption without becoming engineers. Many organisations run both, so builders and leaders speak the same language.
Can the program be customised to our context?
Yes. Cohort size, schedule and examples are scoped with you. India-context examples from GCCs, IT services, BFSI and Pharma are already part of the material.
What about confidentiality and data security?
All sessions are strictly confidential. For A.D.A.P.T., most of what participants build needs no connection to company systems; where documents are restricted, we work with sanitised or alternative material, or your own enterprise AI tenant.
