A secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree, or the global equivalent) with at least five years of project management experience, with 7,500 hours leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management education.

OR
A four-year degree (bachelor’s degree or the global equivalent) and at least three years of project management experience, with 4,500 hours leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management education.

By going through this course, project managers, project leads and aspirants of PMP® certification examination will be able to
 Identify differences between project, program, portfolio, PMO, and operational work
 Evaluate different organization structures, advantages and disadvantages involved in each structure
 Identify benefit of preparing comprehensive project management plan that helps in project smooth execution
 Evaluate change management process involved in reviewing, approving or rejecting, implementing change request in project environment
 Identify in-scope and out-scope items of project and get to common understanding with client or stakeholders on deliverables of project

 Apply earned value management to know variance, performance index, and forecasting of cost that help team/manager to control the cost in project
 Determine quality process to be followed by team to reduce defects in the deliverables
 Utilize different quality tools and techniques to be followed by team to measure process involved and outcome of the project
 Identify human resources required to perform the project activities and their corresponding skills, reporting structure
 Analyze communication preferences of stakeholders, prepare communication plan and ensure appropriate communication happening throughout project
 Identify, analysis risks associated in the project, determine response strategies and monitor risks throughout project for the smooth execution of the project
 Determine need to procure, evaluate potential sellers, monitor sellers to get the required project work done by seller
Identify, analyze and determine strategies to engage stakeholders to meet timely needs of stakeholders for the success of project
 Leverage the course deliverables to succeed in their PMP® Certification Examination
