“How can I copy calendar from one project to another project?”
It is common to copy a calendar from previous project to a new project instead of creating new custom calendar again in new project file.
This article will help you understand how to copy calendar from one project to another project OR to global mpt.
At first, create a calendar (example test cal1) from ‘Project’ Tab => ‘Change Working Time’ command => ‘Create New Calendar’ in a sample project ‘Project1’.

Create another project ‘Project2’. Make sure both projects are open.
Go to Backstage => Info
Click on ‘Organizer’ that will help you organize many views, calendar, reports and many other elements between projects or global template.
Click on ‘Calendar’ tab in Organizer, and make sure Project1 is selected in one of the selection box (left side) and Project2 in another select box (right side). If you want to copy to global template, then select global.mpt in destination (right side).
Select your calendar to be copied (test cal1), and click on button Copy then click on Close.
Open Project2 ‘Project’ Tab => ‘Change Working Time’ command. You can see calendar got copied successfully from Project1 and listed in Project2.
