A.D.A.P.T. — The AI-Ready Leader Program

ASSESS · DECIDE · AUTOMATE · POSITION · TAKE CHARGE

“Build real AI capability. Then become known for it.”

Over eight weeks, go from nodding along in AI meetings to having built three working things: an automation running in your own workflow, a private AI assistant on your own documents, and a working AI agent. Test all three until you can quote a reliability number, then turn what you built into a funded business case, a governance plan and a public position as the AI-ready leader in your field.

  • 8 Weeks
  • 28 Sessions
  • 8 Private 1:1s
  • Batch of 8 · Maximum
  • No Coding Required
  • Agentic AI Included
  • 8 Artifacts

01 — Who This Is For

For the senior professional who is capable, and quietly worried.

AVP, VP, Senior Manager, Delivery Head or Architect with 15-25 years behind you - and a growing sense that all of it counts for less than it did two years ago.

  • You sit in AI meetings nodding along while understanding 30%.
  • Leadership is asking you for an AI roadmap and you do not know where to start.
  • Your team knows more about this than you do, and you cannot ask without looking exposed.
  • You have not written production code in years, and that gap feels wider every month.
  • You are doing good work that nobody outside your team knows about - and now AI is the thing you are not known for either.
  • You are tired of reading about AI. You want to have built something.

This program does not just teach you AI. It gives you something you built, and then makes sure the right people know you built it.

Batches are capped at eight. This is not for you if:

  • You want to become an AI engineer - the Complete AI Practitioner Program is the right door.
  • You want a certificate. You will leave with eight working artifacts and no certificate.
  • You cannot commit roughly five hours a week for eight weeks.
  • You have under 10 years of experience.

02 — Two Tracks

Capability without visibility gets you nowhere. Visibility without capability gets you found out.

This program runs both - capability first, for four solid weeks, before a word of it goes public. The group teaches. The 1:1 changes things.

Track 1

AI Capability

What AI actually is, what it costs, where it breaks, and three working systems you build yourself - including a private assistant and an AI agent, tested until you can quote a reliability number.

Track 2

Career Authority

Reposition your 20 years for the AI era, build visibility on the work you just built, and develop the executive presence to lead the rollout and be recognised for it.

Group · Tue 90 min

Frame

Concepts and decision frameworks in business language.

Group · Sat 120 min

Build Lab

Hands-on, guided, everyone building at the same time.

Group · Thu 60 min

Mastermind

Fortnightly teardown and peer challenge on real decks and cases.

Private · 45 min

Your 1:1

Your workflow, documents, business case and positioning, every week.

The group is where you build. The 1:1 is where it becomes yours - and where you ask the things you would never ask in front of seven peers.

03 — The 8-Week Arc

Assess. Decide. Automate. Position. Take Charge.

Every week: a group Frame, a group Build Lab and your private 1:1. Every second week, a Mastermind where the room takes real decks and business cases apart.

W1 · A

Assess: AI Reality Check + Career Reality Check

The fear: “I do not even know what AI my team is already using.”

  • Machine learning, deep learning, LLMs and agents in business language
  • Tokens, context windows, embeddings and hallucination - no maths
  • Where AI breaks: non-determinism, drift and confident wrongness
  • Your personal brand audit: what you are known for today

Your 1:1: private confidence baseline and the places you feel exposed.

Artifact 1 AI Reality Map + Personal Brand Audit

W2 · D

Decide: Choose the Bets + Reposition Yourself

The fear: “Leadership wants an AI roadmap from me and I do not know where to start.”

  • The five filters that separate a real AI opportunity from an expensive one
  • Build vs buy vs wire, vendor evaluation and DPDP perimeter
  • Decode a real vendor pitch in the Mastermind
  • Reposition from senior manager to an AI-era value proposition

Your 1:1: choose the one workflow you will build on for the next six weeks.

Artifact 2 AI Opportunity Portfolio + Vendor Scorecard + Repositioned Value Proposition

W3 · A

Automate: Prompt Craft + Your First Working System

The fear: “Everyone is building things and I have never touched these tools.”

  • Role, context, constraints, examples and structured output
  • Turn a prompt that worked once into a repeatable spec
  • Build Lab: meeting notes, status reports, triage or summarisation

Your 1:1: scope your automation against your real job and unblock what you did not raise in the lab.

Artifact 3 One AI Automation Running in Your Real Workflow

W4 · A

Automate: RAG + Your Own Knowledge Assistant

The fear: “Generic AI is useless to me. My business is specific.”

  • Assemble RAG through tools you click: chunking, embeddings and retrieval
  • Work with policies, SOPs, proposals and architecture documents
  • Stand up your assistant, then try hard to break it

Your 1:1: review your documents privately and decide what must never leave your perimeter.

Artifact 4 A Private AI Assistant Running on Your Own Documents

W5 · A

Automate: Agentic AI

The fear: “Everyone says agents and I cannot tell what is real.”

  • What an agent is, and how it differs from a chatbot and automation
  • Tools, function calling and multi-step workflows
  • Human-in-the-loop checkpoints and risk boundaries

Your 1:1: choose and risk-review an agent use case in your own environment.

Artifact 5 One Working AI Agent Handling a Multi-Step Task

W6 · A

Automate: Trust, Evaluation & Hardening

The fear: “How do I know any of this is actually reliable?”

  • Build a golden set of questions with known answers
  • Accuracy, precision, recall, guardrails and refusal paths
  • Harden the automation, assistant and agent into tools a colleague could use

Your 1:1: review results and decide what is reliable enough to fix first.

Artifact 6 Evaluation Pack, Measured Reliability Score + Guardrails

W7 · P

Position: Prove the Value + Build Your Visibility

The fear: “Even if I build with AI, how do I show it mattered?”

  • Unit economics, integration, review time and change management
  • Production literacy: pipelines, monitoring, drift and rollback
  • Position your work on LinkedIn without self-promotion

Your 1:1: pull apart the business case before it meets your CFO and review your authority plan.

Artifact 7 Costed One-Page Business Case + AI Authority Content Plan

W8 · T

Take Charge: Lead the Rollout + Secure Recognition

The fear: “How do I bring my team along without losing credibility?”

  • Resistance, distrust and governance people actually follow
  • Green, amber and red usage tiers, approval paths and incidents
  • Capstone: a recorded, board-style pitch with coached feedback

Your 1:1: rehearse the capstone and define your next 90 days of promotion positioning.

Artifact 8 Team AI Adoption & Governance Plan + Recorded Capstone Pitch

06 — Straight answers

Questions before you step in.

Do I need coding or technical knowledge?

No, and you never will in this program. Everything is built through tools you click, not code you write.

How is A.D.A.P.T. different from Complete AI Practitioner?

The Practitioner Program builds AI engineers with code. A.D.A.P.T. gives leaders the concepts, tools, cost, governance and recognition work they need without becoming engineers.

How much of this is 1:1?

Eight private 45-minute sessions, one every week. The group is where you learn and build; the 1:1 is where your workflow, documents, business case and career positioning get worked on.

Why only eight people?

Everyone presents, everyone's workflow gets worked on, and the Week 8 capstone gives each person individual coached feedback. Beyond eight, this becomes a webinar.

Will what I share stay confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality is signed rather than assumed. A room of senior people admitting what they do not know only works inside a hard boundary.

Your team is already using AI.
Make sure you are the one leading it.

Eight seats per cohort. Start with a free 30-minute fit call or an AI Clarity Session.
